2.4 Billing and Payments: Subscriptions are billed at the start of each monthly cycle, with the exact date based on the initial subscription date. If a payment fails, we may attempt to process it again. Continued failure may result in suspension or termination of the subscription.
2.5 Price and Content Changes: Authors may modify their subscription prices, with changes taking effect at the start of the next billing cycle for existing subscribers. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any author's content. If an author removes their content, subscribers may lose access, potentially before the end of their billing cycle.
3.1 Author Copyright: Authors retain full copyright of their original works uploaded to our platform.
3.2 License to Display: By uploading content, authors grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote their work on our platform for the duration it remains on our service.
3.3 User-Generated Content: Users retain ownership of any comments, reviews, or other content they create on the platform. By posting such content, users grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute it on our platform.
3.4 Platform Usage Rights: We reserve the right to use uploaded content for platform-related purposes, including but not limited to:

11.4 Quality of Service: Authors are expected to maintain a high standard of customer service. Persistent failure to provide adequate support may result in warnings or termination of the author's account.
11.5 Content Responsibility: Authors are solely responsible for the content they publish on the platform and must ensure it complies with these Terms of Service and our Content Policy.
11.6 Payment Schedule: Author payments will be processed at the time of payment.
